Dashboard

The dashboard on reevun.app is everything you have in Discord, only handier: tables, search, bulk changes, statistics and all the bot's settings.

A family's dashboard

Signing in

  1. Open reevun.app and press Sign in.
  2. Sign in with Reevun ID: an email code, Discord, Google or GitHub.
  3. Pick a family. The list shows only servers where you're the owner or an administrator and the bot is installed.

If you manage several servers, switch between them with the family name in the top left corner — no need to sign in again.

No access?

If the owner has set Trusted Administrator roles, the dashboard opens only for them and the owner. Ask the owner to add your role in the Security section.

The side menu has three groups.

Dashboard page

The family's first page. At the top are five counters:

  • Members — how many people are in the family;
  • Tickets — how many requests are open right now;
  • Warnings — how many active warnings all members have together;
  • AFK — how many people are away right now;
  • Blacklist — how many entries are on the list.

Below are three lists: recent tickets with their status, most warned — who has the most active warnings, and recent activity of the administration. Times on the website are shown in Moscow time (GMT+3).

Members

A table of all family members: rank, active warnings and Discord status — online, idle, do not disturb, offline. Members who are AFK right now have an AFK mark. There's a search by name at the top.

Saving changes

Changes on the website don't apply right away. A bar with the number of unsaved changes appears at the bottom: press Save or Cancel. If you try to close a window with unsaved changes, the website warns you.

After saving, the bot applies the changes in Discord: gives roles, updates panels. If the bot is unavailable at that moment, the website says "Failed to save - the bot is unreachable, try again later". You can check whether the bot is working on status.reevun.app.

App

The dashboard also comes as an app for Windows, macOS and Linux — the bottom of the website has a download button for your device. See Apps.
