Reevun ID
Reevun ID is one account for every Reevun service: the dashboard at reevun.app, support, the admin panel and the apps. Sign in once and you're signed in everywhere. You manage the account at id.reevun.app.
Ways to sign in
- By email — a 6-digit code is sent to your email. No password needed.
- By email and password — if you set a password under Security.
- With Discord — needed for the dashboard: it tells the website which servers you manage.
- With Google, GitHub or Telegram.
You can link several methods to one account and unlink the ones you don't need under Profile → Sign-in methods. The last remaining method can't be unlinked: add another one first.
An account with this email already exists
If you sign in a new way and an account with that email already exists, sign in the old way and link the new method in your profile.
Account sections
| Section | What's there |
|---|---|
| Profile | Name, avatar, email and sign-in methods. You can upload your own avatar. A new email must be confirmed with a code from the email. |
| Security | Password and two-step sign-in — see below. At the top you can see how many of the four protection methods are set up. |
| Devices | Where you're signed in right now: browsers and Reevun apps, with their last activity. If you don't recognize a device, sign it out. |
| Services | Which services you allowed to sign in with Reevun ID. Official Reevun services are marked. Click Disconnect and the service will ask for permission again next time. |
| Subscriptions | The plans of the servers you manage. |
| Support | Your support requests with their statuses. |
Two-step sign-in
So that nobody can sign in even knowing your email or Discord, turn on a second step. Options:
- an authenticator app (Google Authenticator and similar);
- a passkey — your fingerprint, face or device PIN;
- a code by email;
- backup codes — in case you lose your phone. Each code works once; keep them somewhere safe.
Important changes — your password, two-step sign-in, linking a new sign-in method, deleting the account — need a recent sign-in: if you signed in more than 15 minutes ago, Reevun ID asks you to sign in again.
Security checks
Reevun ID watches for suspicious activity by itself: a sign-in from a new device or another country, many failed attempts in a row, many security changes in a short time. If something looks like a takeover:
- the account may be temporarily restricted and all its sessions ended;
- to lift the restriction you'll need to pass an identity check with Reevun's partner, Didit.
If you think a restriction is a mistake, write to support: a person will review the decision.
If you lost access
If your account was hacked, its email changed or it was blocked by mistake, fill in the access recovery form. How it works: Support → Recovering access.
Your data
In the Your data block:
- Copy of your data — an archive with your profile, devices, services, payments and support requests. Click Request and a link to the archive is sent to your email. You can request a new archive once an hour. Your profile needs an email for this.
- Delete account — the account and all its data are deleted after 7 days. Until then you can cancel with Cancel deletion, and an email with the date is sent to you. Your support requests are deleted together with the account.
What is kept and for how long: Privacy Policy.
Public API
In your account settings you can issue a Reevun public API key for your own integrations. The full key is shown only once, when issued. Request limits depend on your subscription.
