Support

If something doesn't work or works differently than expected, write to the Reevun team. All your requests are collected at support.reevun.app, with the number, status and the whole conversation. Replies arrive both on the website and on Discord.

How to reach us

Sign in with Reevun ID and choose what suits you:

OptionWhen it fits
Submit a requestThe question isn't urgent or you need to attach screenshots. Fill in the form, and the team replies in the request.
Online chatYou need to sort it out right now. Fill in a short form, and a chat window opens.
Report a bugSomething broke. Describe how to reproduce it and attach screenshots.
PartnershipPartnerships, integrations, joint projects.
EmailWrite to [email protected] and the reply comes by email.

Before writing, check the FAQ: the answer may already be there.

Request topics

Pick the topic closest to your question: bot setup, applications and tickets, moderation and automod, website and dashboard, desktop app, payment and subscription, bug report, account and sign-in, partnership or other. The topic sends the request straight to the right person.

You can attach up to 5 files to a request, up to 10 MB each.

What happens next

  1. The request gets a number like RS-XXXX-XXXX and the status Open.
  2. A team member takes it and the status changes to In progress. Replies appear on the request page and on Discord, in a private thread on the Reevun server.
  3. Reply wherever is convenient: a message from the website shows up on Discord and vice versa.
  4. Once the issue is solved, the request is closed with a summary. The bot asks you to rate the support from 1 to 5.

If a team member asks for a file (a screenshot of an error, say), an upload button appears in the request — it can be used once.

Reevun AI

In the online chat, Reevun AI answers first — an assistant that knows the Reevun documentation. It replies instantly, at any time of day.

  • If Reevun AI doesn't know the answer, it hands the chat over to a support agent. You can also just ask for a person.
  • Questions about payments, refunds, blocks and account access always go to an agent.
  • Reevun AI's answers are for reference. Only people decide on refunds and blocks.

Never share passwords or codes in the chat

Neither Reevun AI nor support agents ever ask for your password, sign-in code, backup codes or card details. How chat messages are processed is described in the Privacy Policy.

Diagnostic code

If something doesn't work on the website or in the app, support may ask for a diagnostic code. Click ⓘ Help at the top of the dashboard, then Get code: the code is copied automatically. Send it in your request. It lets the team see the technical errors on your device. The code is kept for 14 days.

Recovering access

If your account was hacked or blocked by mistake, you can't sign in to write to support. That's what the form at support.reevun.app/recovery is for:

  1. Say what happened, give the account's email (if someone else changed it, the previous one) and your full name.
  2. Tell us what you remember about the account: when and where you created it, which devices and sign-in methods you used.
  3. Pass an identity check with Reevun's partner, Didit. You'll need an ID document and a camera.

After the check the request goes to the team, and the reply comes to the email you gave. The more precise your answers, the faster the team can confirm the account is yours.

Service status

Whether the bot, the website and the API are working right now is shown at status.reevun.app. Planned maintenance and incidents are posted there too. If something stopped working for everyone at once, check there first.
