Who can do what
The administration
The bot counts as administration:
- the server owner;
- members with Discord's Administrator permission;
- members with the admin roles chosen during setup or in the Security section.
The administration gets the admin panel, moderation commands (/warn, /rank, /mute, /ban, /kick, /blacklist, /move, /recruitment), other members' profiles, reviewing applications and closing requests.
Recruiter role
The recruiter role (Recruiting → Recruiting settings) reviews only applications to join: accepts, rejects, hands over. It's mentioned in every new application together with the admin roles. Other administration actions aren't available to it.
Members
Everyone else uses the personal cabinet and the commands /profile (their own profile only), /afk, /apply, /ticket and /ping.
Access to the website
The dashboard on reevun.app is open to the server owner and administrators. In the Security section you can set trusted Administrator roles: then only the owner and administrators with those roles can open it.
Protection against abuse
- Cooldown. Moderation actions need 5 seconds between them. Administrators and moderators can be exempted in Security.
- Only the owner punishes moderators. Only the server owner can warn, mute, kick or ban a moderator. You can allow moderators with a higher role to punish those below them.
- Protected roles. Members with these roles can't be warned, muted, kicked or banned, and auto-moderation leaves them alone. Only the server owner can punish them.
- You can't punish yourself.
