Logs and audit log

Logs let the leadership always know who did what and when: who was promoted, who got a warning, who changed the settings.

Log channel

The bot writes about administration actions and important events in the log channel:

  • warnings and ranks;
  • mutes, kicks and bans;
  • blacklist changes;
  • applications to join and requests: created and decided;
  • going AFK, coming back and AFK ending;
  • auto-moderation hits.

The channel is chosen during setup and changed in Settings → Bot roles and channels. It's best kept closed to regular members.

With Log command usage to the log channel on (Settings → General settings), the bot notes every slash command used: who, where and with what options.

Audit log

The Audit Log page on the website is the history of the staff's work, with search and filters. For setting changes it shows the old and the new value.

The Audit Log page

Filters:

  • by section: ranks, warnings, settings, bans;
  • by who made the change;
  • by period: 7, 30, 90 days or all time;
  • text search.

How much history is available depends on the subscription: 7 days on Free, 30 days on Pro, all of it on Premium.

FAQ

Nothing arrives in the log channel. Check that the Logs module is on, the channel is chosen and the bot can write in that channel.

Where are the recent actions? The last five are on the Dashboard, the full list is in the audit log.
