Subscription

Reevun has three plans. Free is enough to try the bot; the paid ones lift the limits.

Payment

Pay on the website: the Subscription section of the dashboard.

1. Click Buy on the plan you want (or Extend on your current one).
2. Choose the period. The longer, the cheaper:

3. If you have a promo code, enter it — the discount is taken from the price after the period discount.
4. Choose how to pay: crypto (2328 Pay) or LOLZ MARKET, and pay the invoice on their page.

The plan turns on by itself once the payment is confirmed. Usually that takes a few seconds, sometimes a few minutes. 1 month = 30 days.

• No automatic charges. When the period is ending, you extend the plan yourself.
• Extending the same plan adds the new period to the time left — no day is lost.
• The history of all payments is at the bottom of the Subscription page.

Activation code

An activation code gives a plan for a number of days without payment — for a promotion, say. A code has 32 characters (8 groups of 4). Enter it on the Subscription page in the Activation code field and click Activate. Letter case, spaces and dashes don't matter.

• If the server already has the same plan, the code's days are added to it.
• While another paid plan is running, a code for a different plan can't be activated: wait until it ends or use the code later.
• Each code works once.

Changing plans

You can change your plan at any time.

The remainder isn't carried over

When you switch to another paid plan, the new period starts from the payment and the rest of the previous one is lost. When you switch to Free, the current plan ends immediately. Money for the unused remainder isn't refunded — except in the cases in the Refund Policy.

When the subscription ends

The family goes back to Free. Ranks, warnings and all other data stay; the Free plan's limits simply apply again.

Refunds

If the plan didn't turn on, you were charged twice, or you changed your mind within 14 days without using paid features — write to [email protected] or to support. All the terms: Refund Policy and Public Offer.
