Application panel

The application panel is a message in the applications channel through which newcomers apply to join. It shows:

• the recruitment status: open or closed, for the whole family and for each department;
• good to know before applying: age, review time and extra conditions, if the administration set them;
• the Apply to the family button (or a department choice, if departments are set up);
• the About the system button, which explains how the review works.
