Blacklist
The blacklist is for people who aren't allowed into the family: they leaked plans, scammed members or play from multiple accounts. An entry can be made by any of these:
- Discord account;
- character name, for example
John_Smith; - the character's Static ID.
You can give one or several at once. The more you give, the harder it is to get around the ban with a new account.

What the bot does
- A blacklisted member is banned from the server at once.
- If they join the server again, the bot bans them on join.
- If someone applies with the same Discord account, character name or Static ID, the application is rejected and its author is banned.
If a ban fails (for example, the bot's role is below the member's role), the bot says so in the log channel.
Keeping the list
With the /blacklist command:
- Add to the blacklist — give the user, character name and/or Static ID and a reason;
- Show the list — all entries with numbers;
- Remove an entry — by its number from the list.
On the website, the Blacklist page: fill in the member, character name, Static ID and reason and press Add. Remove an entry with the cross in its row. Changes apply with Save.
Every addition and removal goes to the audit log, and a ban entry appears in the member's profile.
FAQ
I removed an entry — is the ban lifted? Yes. The bot lifts the bans it made for that entry: the person and any applicants matched by character name or Static ID. If the person is in another entry or was banned by hand, the ban stays.
Can I add someone who isn't on the server? Yes: by Discord ID, character name or Static ID. If they ever join or apply, the bot bans them.
